    Home Stimulus Plan – Obama’s Bail-out

People everywhere have been talking for months about Obama’s bail-out plans. Big business, banks, industry and more have received taxpayers’ money in the form of a bail-out. Conversation in diners and bars reflects the common man’s disgust with the whole thing. This climaxed when some of the highly-paid executives flew in to Washington to request financial assistance in their big private jets! But, now the Regular Joes are getting a bail-out. Obama’s Home Stimulus Plan helps average families who are about to lose their home in a foreclosure.

Qualifying homeowners who have been victims of financial hardship may be able to actually get their whole mortgage reworked so that they have a lower house payment each month. This federal program pays the banks a financial reward to encourage them to help. This is called a Federal Loan Modification.

Millions of homeowners will be rescued from foreclosure through this bail-out plan.

Some of the people who will obtain help are :

    * People who lost well-paying jobs due to plant closings or corporate downsizing and had to take much lower-paying employment just to make it.
    * People who have been faced with mounting medical bills.
    * People who were in the National Guard and Reserve and were called up to active duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
    * People who have lost a spouse.
    * People who have lost a spouse’s income through separation or divorce, and are struggling to pay the house payment on one income.

These regular Joe’s that we mentioned are all victims of financial hardship, which is one of the requirements for a Federal Loan Modification. What that means is that something has happened beyond your control to prevent you paying your mortgage payment.

If you are fed up with hearing about bail-outs and stimulus money for big business fat cats, take heart.

Your government bail-out may have arrived! The Home Stimulus Plan is available for qualified homeowners until December 31, 2012.
